Hire Aircond Services or Electrical Installer that You Need for Your House / Office / Building

• GRABMAID reserves the right to reject any aircond servicing / installation jobs that its compressor unit / aircond located at hazardous, risky and unprotected area which will jeopardise the safety of our workers.
• GRABMAID reserves the right to reject any aircond servicing / installation jobs that its compressor unit / aircond located at high-rise or there is no proper access to reach to the compressor unit / aircond. The Full Refund process will take place and the amount will be refunded to the customer and we seek for your kind understanding in advance.

Kindly Take Note On The Aircond Servicing / Aircond Installation:-

• The scope of aircond servicing does not include troubleshooting and repair work on the aircond units. Troubleshooting and repair work shall be requested and charged separately.
• We do not perform aircond installation service for used or refurbished second hand aircond units. The performance, functionality, and reliability of such aircond units cannot be guaranteed after installation.
• Additional cost will charges shall be incurred if dismantling and disposal is required for any existing aircond unit(s) that is being replaced.
• Any existing wiring, copper piping, and drain water piping shall have their conditions assessed before installation work for the new air cond(s). Standard installation rates shall apply.
• Aircond installation works is not inclusive of painting work, ceiling work, wall work, flooring work, or any other structural and internal design works.

Aircond Installation - Extra Copper Piping, Drain Piping & Conceal Works (Hacking)

• Standard aircond installation comes included with 6ft copper piping, 6ft water drain pipe, 6ft wiring and a set of compressor bracket. Extra charges will be incurred if the required copper piping, drain water piping & wiring exceeds 6ft.
• Standard installation includes covering with copper pipe, drain water pipe, and wiring cable. If in-structure concealment (hacking) is required, extra charges would apply accordingly.
• During aircond installation, we prefer to have installed back-to-back wall with aircond with compressor unit, and, if additional work such as ceiling work, wall hacking or conceal work is required, and it will be incurred with as surcharge.
• During aircond installation, if required to cover the copper/piping/wiring of outdoor compressor unit with white PVC casing (2x2 or 2x4 inches), and it will be incurred with as surcharge.

Kindly Take Note On The Installation For Electrical Appliances:-

• Our technicians are able to install electrical appliances on the wall or ceiling at a maximum height 10 ft. Installation heights of more than 10 ft would require additional equipment, and additional charges would apply.
• Our lighting installation does not cover Crystal Ceiling Lights / Chandeliers. Both Crystal Ceiling Lights / Chandeliers require specialist / scaffolding lift to install it properly.
• Additional cost will be incurred should you require our Technician to dismantle and dispose of the old electrical appliances.

Electrical Appliances - Extra Wiring Cable & Conceal Works (Hacking)

• Standard wiring comes included with 30 ft wiring cable, and labour to install the plug point / switch (20A or 13A). Extra charges will be incurred should there the wiring cable exceeds 30 ft.
• Standard installation includes covering with PVC casing, the wiring cable. If concealment is required, extra charges would apply accordingly.

Kindly Register Our Team of Technician(s) with Your Management Office:-

• Kindly obtain permission from your residential / property management before booking as we may be unable to perform our work due to entry restrictions.
• Please ensure your property unit is supplied with electricity & water supplies. Shortage or absence of electricity & water supply would affect the work for aircond servicing , aircond installation, and electrical appliances installation.

Gentle Reminder:-

• Please keep your pets in a safe location when our workers are carrying out their work. GRABMAID shall not be responsible for any unfortunate incidents involving pet animals.
• Please keep your personal belongings & valuables at a secure location when our workers are carrying out their work. GRABMAID shall not be responsible for missing personal belongings and valuables.
• We would highly appreciate if at least one representative could be present at residential / commercial space at least 15-min before the booked session.
• [Rescheduling] GRABAMID reserves the rights to reschedule the service session on grounds of shortage on working materials, aircond / electrical appliances supply chain disruption, traffic congestion, manpower shortage, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• [Cancellation] Any paid booking session is only allowed to be cancelled within 3 Days (72 Hrs) in advance, and only 70% of the payment will be refunded in the form of GRABMAID Coin.
